H2 welcomes Chuck O’Donnell – Senior Advisor – to the H2 Team! Chuck will be joining Mark Nissley’s team on PMW-240 supporting the Navy’s Personnel Modernization Program otherwise known as Integrated Personnel and Pay Solution – Navy (IPPS-N). We are excited to have Chuck on the H2 – PMW240 Team!!
